Nidra awahan--
Close your eyes and imagine that--
you have jumped into the sea of sleep and sinking down and down and down. All the thoughts gathered in your mind are flying outside and your mind is becoming empty gradually. Symultaneously, do continuous "Manasik jap". It means repeating of a "Mantra " like "Om namaha shivaya" continuously in your mind [without pronouncing it orally]. Now you are sinking into very deep sleep, more deep, more deep, more deep and this process is continue endlessly , because the end is deep sleep.

Fear, Phobia

This stotra of 32 names of Durga Devi, helps you to be free from all the fears, phobia, anxiety, and saves you from enemies, diseases, and harm. Whenever, your in any such trouble, read it again and again either by pronouncing with sound or without making any sound; and imagine Durga Devi's figure in your mind.
Jap The repeated pronunciation of God's name
"Jap" the repeated uttering/saying of "Mantra" the name of God and prayer.I use to sit on a mattress , close my eyes and start saying " Om namaha Shivaya" repeatedly and continuously for half an hour. The sound should be so clear and light that a man sitting besides you at 4 feet distance should be able to listen it. This is "Jap". While doing Jap, I imagine that "Bhagwan Shiv and Parvati" are standing in front of me at about 10 feet distance and looking at me with affection, and ready to help me and talk to me. Sometimes I imagine a big lump of light around "Bhagwan Shiv and Parvati" . This light is falling on me and transferring energy into my mind and body to enable me to solve my problems, making me physically and mentally stronger and healthier, and making my mind peaceful and happy.
This I do, whenever I am in stress, trouble, problem, or pain. You may use these tips in your life, whenever needed, I am sure, you will succeed and have satisfaction.
This "Jap" helps me like a Teacher, a Doctor, a Friend. I become happy, satisfied and courageful after "Jap". Whenever you do "Jap", try to do it in a lonely room if possible.

Mantras the Suggestions [2]
“Mantra” [2]
1.1 Since ancient time, Mantras have been used to solve the problems which are beyond men’s control, exoneration from diseases, for welfare and other supernatural help, in different languages, different ways, and have often been found to be helpful.
1.2 It is believed in all the relegions that there is a supreme power known as The God/ Ishwar /Prabhu and with many other names, who makes, controls and destroys everything in the Universe. Whenever we are in any trouble , we call him , do prayers. Whenever we want something which is beyoned our control, we do prayers and want him to fulfil it. Whenever, we find something much pleasant , we thank him for his kindness, by prayers.
1.3 Whatever we utter during prayer, it is “Mantra” which in “Hindi” means “Advice”
1.4 The above “Advice” is used as “Suggestions” in Hypnotherapy which often gives the desired result while treatment. The modern Medical Science also, uses the “Power of Words” in healing , by the way of sympathy, patient education, encouragement and consolation.
1.5 Thus it can be concluded that whenever we utter something[in prayer], it produces results . Although the result is not always the same, because it depends on other factors also. However, the most important factor is to utter from the heart, i.e., when we say “Om namaha Shivaya” we should imagine that “Bhagwan Bhole Shankar” is in front of me and I am putting my forehead on his foot with keen respect , symultaneously . Moreover, we should expect that “Bhagwan Bhole Shankar” is very kind to all, and he will definitely be kind enough to listen to me and help me, symultaneously. The “Mantra” uttered in such a way is often effective.
1.6 In our Mythological and Religious books [Like Vedas, Purans, Upnishads, Mahabharat, Geeta, Ramayan etc.] , we find thousands of narrations which have been used as “Mantras” from time to time for various purposes [see 1.1]
1.7 There different “Mantras” which can be used for different purposes and results according to the words used in them, their meaning, and their sense. Because it is of prime importance to grow the sense/meaning of the “Mantra” in our mind/heart, while pronouncing it.
