Mantras the Suggestions [2]

“Mantra” [2]
1.1 Since ancient time, Mantras have been used to solve the problems which are beyond men’s control, exoneration from diseases, for welfare and other supernatural help, in different languages, different ways, and have often been found to be helpful.

1.2 It is believed in all the relegions that there is a supreme power known as The God/ Ishwar /Prabhu and with many other names, who makes, controls and destroys everything in the Universe. Whenever we are in any trouble , we call him , do prayers. Whenever we want something which is beyoned our control, we do prayers and want him to fulfil it. Whenever, we find something much pleasant , we thank him for his kindness, by prayers.

1.3 Whatever we utter during prayer, it is “Mantra” which in “Hindi” means “Advice”

1.4 The above “Advice” is used as “Suggestions” in Hypnotherapy which often gives the desired result while treatment. The modern Medical Science also, uses the “Power of Words” in healing , by the way of sympathy, patient education, encouragement and consolation.

1.5 Thus it can be concluded that whenever we utter something[in prayer], it produces results . Although the result is not always the same, because it depends on other factors also. However, the most important factor is to utter from the heart, i.e., when we say “Om namaha Shivaya” we should imagine that “Bhagwan Bhole Shankar” is in front of me and I am putting my forehead on his foot with keen respect , symultaneously . Moreover, we should expect that “Bhagwan Bhole Shankar” is very kind to all, and he will definitely be kind enough to listen to me and help me, symultaneously. The “Mantra” uttered in such a way is often effective.

1.6 In our Mythological and Religious books [Like Vedas, Purans, Upnishads, Mahabharat, Geeta, Ramayan etc.] , we find thousands of narrations which have been used as “Mantras” from time to time for various purposes [see 1.1]

1.7 There different “Mantras” which can be used for different purposes and results according to the words used in them, their meaning, and their sense. Because it is of prime importance to grow the sense/meaning of the “Mantra” in our mind/heart, while pronouncing it.

Maalatee Kriya [1]

Jaya Sarswati maa
Maalatee Kriya
This maneuver has been named on the name of "Maalatee Devi" one of the 64 "Yoginees" [Goddesses of "Tantra" and supernatural powers]
Step-1. Aasan-
There should be a lonely calm room with soft light and sufficient ventilation. Put a carpet on the earth with a pillow . Lay down flat on the back with legs and hands fully extended. Keep the body fully relaxed.
Step 2- Prana Shodhan
Close the eyes and take 21 breaths. These breathes should be equally timed , full and not in hurry. This is Shodhan Breath.
Step 3 - Kaya Shodhan
Concentrate your mind on the following parts of the body one by one , and take a shodhan breath.
1 Head, 2 neck, 3 trunk, 4 abdomen, 5 Buttocks and pelvis 6 Left hand 7 Right hand 8 Left Leg and 9 Right leg.
Feel that every inspired breath is filling energy in the organ you are concentrating on; and all the weakness , disease and other undesirable conditions are exhaled out with expiration . This should be separately for every one of the above parts one by one.
Step -4- Dhyaan
Now imagine [1]a figure of your favorite "Devta" like Shri Hanuman ji, Shri Durga ji, Shri Shankar ji etc. or [2] photo of your mother , father ,teacher etc. [3] or any other photo, Idol or structure whose imagination gives you strength or [4] a big lump of light ; in front of you and you are continuously looking at it. It is becoming more and more clear in your vision with closed eyes.
For example:- I imagine that Iam looking at Durga Devi who is riding on a Lion. [described in "RKSoniPrarthana.blogspot.com] She is smiling and looking at me and seemingly saying that "Don't worry, I am with you and will save you from all the evils , pains, enemies , and troubles" . And the vast aura around her is throwing energy into me , which is making my mind and my body more and more strong.
Step - 5 - Shakti Sanchar
Now feel by saying in your mind [unuttered] that " Now the cosmic energy has entered into my body and is active to solve my physical and mental problems. You may feel like a stream of warm water flowing all over your body. Now no disturbing element may enter into your mind keeping it superstrong. Now do "Jap" i.e. repeated uttering/saying of "Mantra" the name of God and prayer. Jap can be done either audible or inaudible ,at your own choice, like " Om Shri Durgaayai Namaha". You may remain in this state till you like.
Step - 6 - Kayabandhan
Repeat these words in your mind " Now I have got myself free from the troubles which were disturbing me. I have become more strong, more happy and with more peace of mind. I have now become capable of facing the challenges of life and win. Now I am getting up with much more strength than earlier." You can alter the words at your own choice but the sense should be on the same line.

Step - 7 - Charyadhaaran -
Now get up slowly and have a good time. This maneuver is useful to relieve tension, anxiety, depression, apprehension, phobia [fear] , neurasthenia, tiredness, grief and lack of confidence.
